It's good to see that, despite the release of the Thief 3 Editor, FM authors are continuing to work on their missions-in-progress in DromEd. Some newly-finished missions are thus presented for your old-school enjoyment.
First is "All Torc" by R Soul (Robin Collier), which is actually three missions in one. Note that this makes for a large download (19.7MB).
In other news, Jason Otto's "A Debt Repaid" now supports English, French, German, and Italian.
Many thanks to all of you for your missions.

Well. Seems the wait is over, and the editing tools for Thief 3 are finally available (320M download, give or take). Check out our newly-added Thief III Editors' Guild forum for information, download links, and some basic tutorial stuff to get you started. I'm guessing that probably piqued your interest... ¬¬ |

Two FMs for your light-fingered enjoyment. First, Gaëtane has Garrett stealing ancient statuettes from a nobleman's estate in "Happy New Year Mister Lambert!". This mission supports both English and French. The second mission is "Children of the Future" by Mr. Tunnel. This is quite a large mission (16.5MB), beginning with a chance discovery of a garden down an alleyway. You may wish to note that some of the readables in this mission contain some adult content.
Many thanks to both of you for your efforts :)

It has been rumoured for a while now, but today it was confirmed that Ion Storm have been shut down by Eidos. In a statement Eidos said This is part of the company's move to consolidate and strengthen its technical and management capabilities into a smaller number of studios which are capable of scaling up in order to meet the competitive challenges that lie ahead, particularly in anticipation of next generation technologies and platforms." It's a shame, Thief: Deadly Shadows was a great game and rumours about their next game sounded really cool. ![]() |
