By: David Riegel (Sledge) Plot Description: After Garrett steals the Spirit Stone from the hideout of the Resurrection, the Hammers, in need of all the help they can get with the Mechanists, demand it back. Likewise, the Keepers are interested in protecting it themselves, since they were the ones who told Garrett about the job in the first place. However, before Garrett gives it to either, he is interested in finding out exactly what the Spirit Stone is and what its powers are. He spends some time researching its origins, and finally learns how it was found. At the outskirts of the city, amidst some of the rocky, mountainous territory at the edges of civilization, some five years prior, the Hammers had begun to build a large power facility and smelting factory. However, in laying the foundation, they discovered a series of tunnels and caves beneath where they were planning to build. Temporarily ignoring them, they continued to build the facility, whilst sending occassional informal scouts below further and further to map and report back their findings. Eventually, some of the Hammers discovered the remnants of an ancient pagan underground church and living area. Thinking there might be relics of value, and perhaps blasphemous artifacts to destroy, the Hammers organized an official search party to go deep into the caves and return with any artifacts they could find..... Comments by Reviewer: -Pros: Considerable customization and attention to detail makes this the finest fan mission to date. -Cons: Nothing to complain about other than perhaps some players may be unnerved -- but that is the point. - Bottom Line: An outstanding mission, undead or otherwise. A must-play by anyone who can run Thief 2.

By: Duncan Cooke (The Deceiver) Plot Description: Garrett is holed up in an old Keeper safe house. His activities in his local part of the city has drawn him too much unwanted attention. He is now low on funds and equipment and must venture out to resupply. There have been a number of recent murders that have caused the city watch to increase their patrols around this sector of town. They should not be a problem for one such as himself.

By: Robin G. Plot Description: What that woman paid in bribes to find me had to be no small amount. She began to speak as she deposited two large and shining gems on the table. "I will give you half dozen more if you discover what has happened to my bridegroom" -she situated herself in a chair and continued- "His name is Saturio Machado. He returned barely one week ago after having fought for months in a war in the Hilldrim territories. We spent the night of his return together in my house. The following day he rose early, eager to go to his family's mansion because his mother was ill, and had been for a long time. That was the last time that I saw him. Concerned, I went to the authorities since I did not wish to face Lady Machado... she never accepted my relationship with Saturio. Much to my surprise, the cops told me that Sigfrido, the nephew of Lady Machado had informed them that according to the news received from the front, Saturio had died in combat weeks back. The authorities did not have reason to doubt his word and thus they let me know. Something has happened behind those walls Mr. Garrett. You have to help me."

SaintofRedmoundLoot.rtf SaintofRedmoundLoot.htm |
By: Maria Ström (Morrgan) Plot Description: I've been hired by an eccentric but wealthy man called Ranfield to retrieve something for him. The object in question is a holy relic, the skull of St. Lambert. The man claims to be a distant relative of St. Lambert and would like to place the skull in his family tomb. Personally I don't care if this is true or not, just as long as he pays well.
According to Ranfield, the skull is kept in the reliquary of a hammerite monastery called Redmound. The monastery is situated to the west, in the outskirts of the City. Getting inside might prove to be difficult since the gates are guarded day and night. However, a few years back the Hammers bought a warehouse close to the monastery. The best way inside is probably through this warehouse, as there should be a passage connecting these two buildings.

GellersPrideWalk.txt GellersPrideLoot.rtf |
By: Jani Saarijärvi (Spitter) Plot Description: It seems that certain Lord Geller has an intriguing amount of gold in his possesion, just ripe for taking. He's not natively from The City, but my contacts lack the information about his original homeland. For a foreigner, he's in a surprisingly wealthy position, and he's a careful one, too. He has stored most of his wealth into the First City Bank And Trust. So, instead of the usual burglary, I'm thinking of blackmailing. My contacts tell me that Geller isn't really as pure as the driving snow, but they don't know the details. My plan is quite simple: break into his mansion, search for anything useful for blackmailing and take some of his wealth in the process...(more) Additional Comments: The story takes place between the events in Thief 1 and 2.

JailbreakWalk.rtf |
By: Schwaa (J. Knez) Plot Description: Garrets original mission was to break into the New Order of the Mechanists Prison and steal Sherriff Truart's Silver Cog. This is a medal awarded to him by Brother Karras for his devoted work for the Master Builder. It sounded risky ( and turned out to be) but it paid well so Garret went for it. Bad mistake. Now it is time to escape, luckily with a little help from the inside.

By: DonkeyKong Plot Description: The possibility of time travel and space warping has always been intriguing to you. For half of your life, you've slaved away with one invention after another in the hopes of creating a machine that travels through time and space. All of your hard work may have payed off and now its time to reap your rewards. Your dreams of finding the lost pyramid of Chakafa could be within your very grasp. At last, Fortune & Glory... Appeal: Fortune & Glory is an 'Indiana Jones' type mission which forces you to think rather than just slash at hopeless guards. This mission is geared towards people who like to face perilous adventure rather than a sword fighting bloodbath.

By: RicknMel Plot Description: "It's rumored that GumDrop was busted in an attempt to get into Binfords tool vault last night, and is being held captive in a back bedroom in Binfords Manor. I know you could care less about GumDrop as a fellow Thief, but it might be worth your while to help him escape. They say that he has a key that could be worth more than you could ever imagine. Binfords guards say they couldn't find it, but I know he has it. Why don't you pay him a visit. Theres no way you'll get through the front door, but I think you can get to him if you cross the bridge that leads to Binfords back gates." Additional Comments: This mission is my second effort at a Super Mini Fan Mission. It's quite better than my first, but I'm still learning. Have fun! :-)

By: Komag (Ben Ramsey) Plot Description: A woman named Victoria has offered me a job to steal a sword from a nobleman named Constantine, but in my preparations for the hiest I heard word of a giant tree with valuable magical healing fruit which grows in Constantine's orchard. I've decided to put off the sword job for another night, and steal into the high wall orchard to grab some of the fruits for myself, as they will probably bring in a pretty penny on the street. Basso has supplied me with a basic map he drew from information he bribed from an old guard who somehow used to "work" there - in a tree? Anyway, since I've heard the tree is rather huge, I'm glad the Keepers made me master the art of the rope arrow, which should come in quite handy on this little heist.
