Henry awoke at dawn. This was a sensation he was not used to, as he often preferred to spend his evenings very late, which did not lead to a general love of the rising sun and all the glories which it brings. However, his head was killing him, and this was a sensation he was used to. He rolled over on the bed and promptly fell off. As his head struck the floorboards, he was struck with the notion that he had just woken up in a bed that was not his own, which was a sensation he had never before experienced. Holding his throbbing head, he opened his eyes to see the room he was in was a woman’s bedroom, a sensation he thought he would never, ever experience in his life.
