Thief 1 - Introduction
An older draft of the Thief introduction, from when the game was still called 'The Dark Project' The only differences are at the beginning and the end (where the Dark Project original title graphic is displayed proudly). This is a very cool flick - highly recommended.
Thief 1 - Tools of the Trade
This is a massive Thief 1 trailer, which was included on the Eidos demo disc at the same time Thief 1 was released. It includes a cinematic made specifically for this video (it was not included in the game) as well as numerous gameplay demonstration clips. It's the best Thief trailer there is.

This is a parody of the Lord Bafford's Mansion briefing, using old placeholder art, and just plain goofy stuff.
Thief 2
Sort of a misnomer, because this very long video of interviews and gameplay clips actually has much more to do with the making of Thief Gold then it does the making of Thief 2. This movie was included as a goodie on the Thief Gold disc.
This is one of several similar but not identical trailers showing off some Thief 2 gameplay and cut-scenes, set to some music not found in the game.
Incite did this preview of Thief 2 in the months before the release. It features an interview with Steve Pearsall, and lots of gameplay clips.
