By: Balboa (Douglas Brainchild) Plot Description: Cutty once mentioned that Carcosa was a small seaport town with an overabundance of fat, rich merchants. One of the richest of those was Viktor Gaspar. His taste for valuable and obscure relics was legendary. Rumor has it that he's acquired some precursor masks, and put them on display in his personal art gallery. His most recent acquisition, a medallion of some sort, is being delivered by courier tomorrow. Those artifacts should fetch a pretty hefty price on the street. Well, Cutty may not be with us any more, but his boat still floats, and I could use a 'paid' vacation. You don't know why he hired you, and you don't actually care about that, but it has raised your curiosity. Whatever the reason may be, you have been hired to protect the lord and his most precious item: The Golden Skull of the Dead. This is a very important job and you don't want to get yourself fired. You've been meaning to steal this for awhile, and now that the debacle with the Mechanists is over, you finally have a chance. You haven't been making a lot of money lately, since you didn't get paid for toppling Karras, but your friend Simon lives in the area, and he owes you a favor. By: Ramirez Plot Description: I just made a bad dream. The Eye was floating in front of me, so close it was taking all the space so I could not see anything but It. Then it began to get brighter and brighter until I was completely blinded. Alone and disarmed, I suddenly heard the Eye’s cold whisper as It talked to me: "I want to see you..." . I woke up in a sweat, pulled out of the dream as I heard knocking on my door. - "Garrett, I want to see you." said a voice. 'Keepers! Why am I not surprised?' - "Garrett, time is running while we’re talking, so I’ll have to make it quickly. A friend of us is dead. In the Fortress where he lived still remains certain papers that belongs to us. This friend was a mage with whom we used to colaborate and exchange precious information, but that is not the point here. We sent four of our most promising acolytes in order to..." "Four Keepers! Is that Fortress haunted or what?" - "No Garrett, we do not think it is. Only one of them was supposed to enter the place, but they were betrayed. We ignore how exactly, but the new owner of the Fortress has been informed of their arrival. When Keeper Malone was already inside, the three others were captured. Keeper Malone is the only one who returned. He was severly shocked and before he felt unconscious, we barely heard him whisper a strange word : 'eye'. By: SlyFoxx Plot Description: I have a simple job planed for this evening. Where have I said THAT before!? The last name is the same but this time it's a nephew. Jason Bafford...an explorer of sorts. He's just returned from an expedition from parts unknown where he uncovered a valuable Golden Skelleton. The word on the street is that he's got the bones stashed somewhere in his house. In a few weeks he's planning on auctioning them off to the highest bidder at a special event at Watercest Museum. Heh, not if I get there first. The place is heavily guarded so I'd better be extra careful. However it's not too big so Bafford can only have so many hiding spaces.
